Scout, Operator, and Overlord — the three Rust Pulse subscription tiers and what each one unlocks.

Three tiers, with each one unlocking more. Everyone — even free trial users — gets the in-game commands, the team-chat bot, and the web dashboard. Premium-only features (overlay, player tracking, always-online, heatmaps) live in Operator and above.

How billing works

Stripe Checkout for upgrades, Stripe Customer Portal for management. We never see your card.
Cancelled subs stay active until the current period ends, then drop back to the free Scout tier.
Refunds: open a /ticket in the support Discord.

Beta-tester slots

Staff can grant any tier directly — no Stripe charge — by adding your Steam ID to the beta-tester list. Useful for content creators, server-owner partnerships, and bug-bounty regulars. If you're interested, ask in the support Discord.

If you have both a Stripe subscription and a beta entry, the Stripe sub wins so you can't accidentally be downgraded.

Guest access

Your subscription covers your team. Operator and Overlord owners can invite guests — teammates who get full read access to the dashboard, the overlay, and Discord alerts for that paired server without paying themselves. Guests can be added manually from the dashboard's Guests tab, or auto-added from your in-game team roster.
