Player intel

Tracked players, BattleMetrics aliases, free-form notes & tags, Steam-ID linking.

Player intel is the dashboard's enemy-tracking system. Premium-only.

For each tracked player you can:

  • Set a tag — Enemy, Neutral, Friendly, Cheater, Suspicious. Drives badge colour everywhere they're rendered.
  • Attach notes — free-form text visible only to your team. Multi-line.
  • Pull BattleMetrics aliases — every display name BM has seen for that player.
  • Link a Steam ID — if you know they're steamcommunity.com/id/sxrtboy, link it. The bot then announces them when they join your paired server even if they change their display name.
  • See live online state — from BattleMetrics' session feed.

Watchlists

A watchlist is a saved filter (“all cheater-tagged players online right now”, “enemies in our region”). The dashboard renders one count badge per watchlist in the sidebar so you can spot a flagged player coming online without keeping the tab focused.

Quota

BattleMetrics is paid per-lookup. We share a server-side quota across all users with caching, so:

  • A first lookup for a player hits BM.
  • Subsequent reads come from the database (~15 min TTL).
  • The quota dashboard in Settings shows how much of the daily budget you've used.
