After a suspicious shop alert, mark the pending shop as a raid target on the dashboard map.

When the bot fires a suspicious shop alert (see !shops and Suspicious shop watch), it includes a prompt:
Shop watch: 1 sulfur for 200 metal frags @ E14. Do you want to set raid target? Type
!confirmto mark it on the dashboard map.
Typing !confirm within 5 minutes of the alert pins the shop's location on your live map as a raid target (red flag). After 5 minutes the prompt expires and !confirm does nothing — safer than letting a stale prompt fire weeks later.
