Armed Convoy status and last-known grid.

The Armed Convoy is a high-risk road event with scientists and an APC. The command reports:

• Whether the convoy is active and the current grid.
• The most recent grid if it just left.
• The last-seen time otherwise.

Convoy alerts are also broadcast automatically by the map markers watcher so your team doesn't have to ask for them.
