Large Oil Rig crate activity.

The bot tracks the Chinook hovering over the rig (not the marker label, so it works on modded servers that rename their markers) and reports:

• "Heavy Scientists got called to the Large Oil Rig at G24." when a Chinook arrives.
• "X minutes before the Locked Crate at Large Oil Rig (G24) unlocks." while the crate is locked.
• "Locked Crate at Large Oil Rig at G24 has been unlocked." when the 15-minute timer expires.
• "X since Heavy Scientists last got called to Large Oil Rig." otherwise.
