Reports the Travelling Vendor status:

  • Current grid if the vendor is on the road.
  • Last-known grid if it just dispersed.
  • “Not active” if there's no current vendor.

The Travelling Vendor is a high-value pickup (uncrafted gun parts, ammo at scrap rates, sometimes blueprints), so the reply is intentionally short so teammates can pivot quickly without scrolling through chat.
